How long does the membership last?
Each Annual Membership terminates at the end of a 365 day period from the date of sign-up.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on Annual Memberships as the value associated with the membership is too extensive to allow cancellations.
Can I switch my lodging options around?
No, the Annual Membership value has been calculated carefully to offer our members great value. Any changes to the options would result in loss.
Can I transfer my membership to others?
No, our Annual Membership is not transferrable unless there are extenuating or emergency circumstances.
